Can I choose which body shop repairs my vehicle?
Yes. It is your vehicle and your choice. You have the right to select the collision repair shop you trust.
Do I need multiple repair estimates?
No. Choose the shop you want to perform the repair and ask that shop to prepare the estimate. The paying insurer may also write its own estimate.
What if additional damage is discovered?
Hidden damage is common. We document it and work with the insurance company to obtain authorization for the necessary supplemental repairs.

Your deductible is generally paid to the repair shop when the completed vehicle is returned to you.
